Victorious Lifestyle

Every child of God is designed to live a Victorious lifestyle every day. This is the lifestyle our Lord Jesus Christ lived throughout His ministry on earth; He lived a daily Victorious life.

As believers working in the dominion and liberty of our Lord Jesus Christ, saved by grace through the Blood of Jesus Christ, our mandate on earth is to live a victorious lifestyle.

1 John 5 vs 4 puts this in perspective, “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”

For every sincere born again child of God, there is a victorious plan or programmes designed for your life.

However, you need unwavering faith to access this victorious plan.

By definition, we can say, victory is a success or superior position achieved against any opponent, opposition, difficulty, Challenges, etc.

And ‘Victory’ can be described as – when God rides on man or woman to show case His pre-eminence over all things.

In 3 John 2, the bible says – Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

A case study to look at is David; David by all human standards is the wrong person to fight with Goliath.  In every sport or humans competitive ventures, there are amateur, light weight and the heavy weights.

When you compare David with Goliath, Goliath is basically a heavy weight in war matters, whilst David can be seen as light weight, maybe not weight at all.

But, because, God who is heavier that all heavy weights combined together, He rode on David, and the spiritual Armour of God came over David, and he was able to kill the giant (Goliath) that the entire warriors of Israel could not face for 40 days. I Sam 17

Beloved, I encourage you not to run away from your any kind of problem or trouble or challenge the enemy or your circumstance may throw at you. Confront your fears and you will see your fears crumbled before you in Jesus name.

Never be intimidated by the size of the battle, trust in your man of war. Exodus 15 vs. 3 says, “The Lord is a man of war: the Lord is his name”

No wonder Paul the Apostles can say to Timothy in 2-Timothy 4:7– “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith”.

This scripture amongst many other scriptures in the bibles gives you an assurance that your victory is assured through Christ Jesus.

Therefore beloved, I encourage you that you hold on fast the faith that you have believed, because in any challenge or problem you might have found yourself…. ‘Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8:37.

And finally…., ‘As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. Col 2 vs 6-7

Resting on the Promises of God

Resting on the promises of God is resting on the heart beat of God in calmness, to hear the small still voice that will liberate you from any form of challenge that the enemy might throw at you.
